Carrots cream or soup is something I like to prepare as it’s pretty simple but in the meantime very tasty. The only difference in summer is that I serve it slightly hot.
What do you need:
- 6 carrots
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 philadelphia garlic and Herbs (107g)
- 1 cube knorr or equivalent (chicken or vegetables)
- 20g of chorizo
Peal the carrots and potato, put in water with the onion and garlic.
Stir in pepper, salt and ginger. Cook for 30mn and blend until the soup becomes very smooth. Stir in the philadelphia and blend again for 2mn to mix it well together.
Serve with some small pieces of chorizo in a small glass or plate like shown on the picture.
